Points reset on the 1st of each month. To retain your current tier, you simply need to earn at least 60% of the previous month's points.

Cashback Rate by Tier
Octoplay cashback is credited automatically to your account every Monday at 10:00 AM. There are no wagering requirements — you can withdraw it straight away or use it to keep playing.
How is cashback calculated?
Cashback applies to net losses only. If you finish a week in profit, no cashback is awarded for that week. However, if you have a losing week after that, cashback will be credited as normal.
